“I am what I am” seeks to express more than a genre and a categorization. The combination of atmospheric and deep sounds and elements together with a well-defined rhythmic set of drums, added to the progressive transitions between the different parts of the sound story, make the unveiling gradual but without losing the thread or the groove proposed from a beginning. The central idea is to try to bring closer and reflect through this work the possibility of exercising production without falling into predetermined dogmatisms that take away the most precious thing from the artistic process, maintaining harmony and the musical plot. So, “I am what I am” is a conceptual artifice that represents a response to the reductionisms and labels that compress the wealth of possibilities and their diversity, not only in the field of art but in all areas of life.
